"I have been going to Dr. Lapiad for several years. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to engage and maintain a good relationship with her clients. She takes the time to explain pre-and post procedures. I have been very satisfied by the service I have received, they truly do care about their patients. In turn, my two young adult children have also become clients of Dr. Lapiad. I highly recommend Dr..." says Ted on Google

Update as of 4/8/20: We were informed that we are to remain closed except for true emergency dental care until at least April 30. We will be calling to notify our patients that have appointments during this time period. But if you do not hear from us right away please know all appointments through April 30th are cancelled. We are available for emergency treatment on a limited case by case basis and we will triage you via text, phone, and/or email to determine what can be done... to stabilize you until we reopen again. We sure do miss our patients and pray everyone stays safe. Here is a link to a TV interview of Dr. Richard Nagy, California Dental Association President, regarding the status of dental offices and emergency dental care and what dentists are doing during the COVID-19 crisis. Dear Patients and Families of RiverPark Dentistry: We are addressing the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Everyday, we closely monitor and analyze developments and statements from local, national and international health agencies and we are taking actions to comply with their directives and guidelines which are based on facts and medical science. There is no issue more important to us than making sure we manage this situation as effectively as possible in order to protect o...ur staff and patients. Here is how we are addressing the issue at the moment: 1. We stringently practice universal precautions, utilize glove, mask, and surgical gown protection. All surfaces are wiped down with Cavicide, a tuberculocidal, bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal chemical disinfecting agent. It is used to disinfect tables, doorknobs, power switches, counter tops, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, and sinks, equipment, and all supplies. Sterile procedure is also universally implemented with autoclave heat and chemical sterilization procedures and spore testing. 2. Staff precautions: Not allowed to work if sick Must wash hands for 30 seconds before and after every procedure. Must wear gloves at all times and refrain from touching face if at all possible Must wear masks at all times Consistent and rigorous protocol monitoring and maintenance 3. We are following all the CDC recommendations and have listed the link below for your reference: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov//prevention.html 4. We also ask all patients and family members who exhibit fever or cough to please reschedule appointments at this time to help us with the prevention of disease spread. We will gladly reschedule for a later date. We want our patients to know that we are working hard to comply and prevent the spread of any and all virus as much as we can. We certainly understand everyone's concerns and want to do as much as we can to do our part in prevention. Our community health is very important to RiverPark Dentistry. Please let us know if you have any concerns or questions.

"First time to this dentist. Had a great experience. They were very nice and accommodating. Dr. Shelby was very thorough and did brought to my attention things I did not know about. The hygienist was not heavy handed and asked if I was ok several times. I will be taking my boys here too!" says Jacqueline on Google

"Dr. Lapiad and her staff were so welcoming from the moment we stepped into the office and through our whole visit. We took our 1.5 year old daughter there for her first dentist visit. It's nerve wracking for any parent and child to attend their first dentist appointment, but Dr. Lapiad and her staff made the visit so easy and as tear-free as possible. Everything that was done was explained so clearly and made us feel.." says Venice on Google
