Rise Volleyball Club

First week was awesome! Girls worked on getting their cardio & strength increased so they can be better for their next season. Wanna get ahead for Club season? Come join us for workshops!!

TOMORROW 3:30-5pm!!! Boys & Girls welcome - 9th through 12th grade. Meet us on the IDEA Center campus for some conditioning & skills assessments. We'll be looking to help condition players for the upcoming club season and polish skills. There is no cost as we're being given the opportunity to use the weightroom at IDEA Center High School to help build their campus' volleyball program.

Rise won't be fielding a team for this club season, but we're talking with an East County San Diego high school about clinics, skills training & conditioning to get you ready (or just brush up on some extra needs). Stay tuned...

Coach Josh... He's such a kidder! He'll do just about anything to motivate his teams - including wearing flower headbands. Come out to tomorrow's open gym at McGrath YMCA (5-7 pm) to see what he might do.
