ABOUT YOU We are seeking an amazing Administrative Professional who has at least 2 years experience in the hospitality industry (server, bartender, host or manager). We will consider others with excellent personal assistant skills but preference will be given to industry experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual ready to move on from a restaurant service job while still staying in this fun, exciting, sociable industry. You will serve as an intricate member of our organization by providing scheduling, coordinating, marketing, clerical and financial support to the Owner. You must be a self starter with sharp computer skills, knowledge of social media marketing, effective at multi-tasking while staying on task, keen attention to detail, high standard of work, professional, motivated and with a positive demeanor. You should have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt well to changing priorities and situations. You should be able to work independently on focus projects and complete them effectively and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Owner. This job will consist of a weekday, daytime schedule. Occasional nights or weekends may be required. The day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to: *Perform clerical & administrative tasks including scheduling, drafting emails, memos, invoices, reports and other assigned documents. *Schedule and attend meetings including creation and distribution of meeting notes, manuals, ect. *Perform all office tasks including ordering supplies, tracking pricing, inventory and product research. *Assist with managing social media platforms including photographing food, drink and events *Coordinate maintenance, purchasing, insurance and upkeep of our vehicle fleet *Collaborate with our IT Consultant to ensure all network devices and systems are well maintained including laptops, cell phones, POS, lighting, etc. *Assist with construction management and interior design of our corporate offiice and future locations. *Handle customer/guest/vendor relations *Maintain and update Menus and Recipe Books *Ability to create moderate level graphics for promotions etc. *Head up E-Commerce projects *Provide support and work directly with ownership on executive tasks in developing the businesses and expanding newer locations.
