Rio Combat Team

RCT is BACK. We are happy to welcome back students to Rio Combat Team as we setup to reopen with approval from the state and county government while enforcing safety precautions for everyone's protection. Please note that we have moved within Bladium. We are now in a private room on the 2nd floor above the Cross Fit area (North-East corner). For safety we'll be enforcing the following guidelines: 1) Must not enter with a temperature over 100.4F.... 2) Must enter with a face mask on. 3) Students must leave on-time to allow full gym cleaning in-between classes. 4) Students must not enter until gym cleaning is completed before class. 5) Classes will be capped in attendance and by booking only through our member portal.
