Meet the Team! Officer Dillon Snedeker was born in Vallejo and raised in Vacaville. Officer Snedeker graduated from Vanden High School in 2010. After graduating Officer Snedeker enlisted in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces (Military Police) Officer. After the Military, Officer Snedeker joined the Solano County Sheriff's Office as a Sheriff Security Officer. While working as a SSO he attended the Napa Valley Police Academy (Class 97) and graduated top of his c...lass in the physical skills category (Emergency vehicle operations, firearms use and ARCON (arrest and control techniques). After completing the police academy, Officer Snedeker was promoted from SSO to Deputy Sheriff. In March of 2020 Officer Snedeker was assigned to RVPD. During his free time, Officer Snedeker enjoys camping, spending time with his friends, travel and practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Last weekend, Officer Snedeker arrested not one, not two, But three different subjects for driver under the influence of alcohol or any drug. We want to thank Officer Snedeker for his hard work and dedication to the citizens or Rio Vista and keep impaired drivers off of the road way! Great work Officer Snedeker! We are so excited to have you assigned to Rio Vista PD!
