Hi everyone, Welcome to Ride and Glide. I, Dana Cahill (sole owner of the registered trademark) developed this class in 2007 and debuted in march of 2008. This class is fun, fast paced and gets your cardio and strength training workout in all together. The intervals on the bikes are about 90 seconds and about 4 minutes on the GRAVITY machine. So for those of you who are indoor cycling fobic have no fear, intervals are short and quick but extremely effective! I invite you to come try a class for free.
