Malibu Gran Fondo

The Malibu GRANFONDO is on hiatus for 2020 and will be back stronger than ever in 2021. The owner of the Malibu GRANFONDO event, Haute Route, decided in mid-January to focus on their multi-day events in Europe this year and will not produce the MGF as originally planned. All registered riders were personally contacted and refunded. Scott Johnson and Serious Cycling are working closely with Haute Route to support riders affected by the decision. Scott is planning on hosting rides on the weekend of March 7 if you are going to be in the area. He can be reached via Serious Cycling. USA Cycling and Gran Fondo National Series (which includes the Malibu GRANFONDO) announce a 5-year partnership to bring the series and the one-day Gran Fondo National Championships into the USA Cycling National Championships portfolio. Key points: - USA Cycling membership will not be required to ride, but members will receive added benefits at participating events.
