HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK: In February 2016, I met a husband and wife at an Open House. They had lots of questions about buying a home and told me that it was their dream to move out of their long-time apartment and own a home so that their children could have their own rooms. We met for their Pre-Qualification appointment a couple of weeks later and discussed the obstacles they faced - personal, financial and otherwise - and how to overcome them. We checked in regularly to make ...sure that we remained on track. Just a few hours ago, I placed a phone call to deliver the news that the purchase of their home was official. It's been nearly two years but, finally, they are homeowners and the quiver in her voice made it clear how much it meant to their family. They just accomplished something that they thought would never be possible. To play a role in days like these is such an amazing feeling. #MLOlife #MLOhighlights #proudMLO #RickySuarezMLO
