I've been living in the shadows with my insurance license! But occasionally I must come forward when duty calls. The corona virus situation is not something to panic about-- pretty much all of us are going to live through it, if we act wisely-- just as we should for any potential perils. Wash your hands. Sanitize surfaces in your home or auto if you have company. Don't get into arm wrestling matches with people who are coughing. There is another perilous situation you do need...Continue reading

Reading some "inspirational" articles makes me pose these questions: 1) what are your greatest (personal) needs? Money, companionship, other social reasons, security/safety, health-- physical or mental, emotional support, inspiration, overcoming boredom or complacency, organization? To name a few! 2) What are your greatest business needs? Capital, organization, matketing/advertising, sales, legal issues, location, accounting, business planning, employees or business partners...? 3) What are your desires (beyond needs)? Travel, playmates (!), learning new talents, fancy car, home with a view, not having to work a "job," peaceful living situation, fun every day, a life where you can't wait to get up the next morning? Call this a survey, if you wish. There is much to be said for matching our assets with the needs of others-- and vice versa. Thanks for reading. #matchingassetstoneeds

This has some thoughts that may be helpful if you have ever suffered a loss-- and most of us have.

Indexed Universal Life: Maybe not for everyone but some great solutions for many. Safety in a volatile market is one big advantage. The living benefits option is definitely something to consider: I've heard personal testimony how this helped the quality of life for a family when a woman was suddenly diagnosed with a terminal disease (the policy was already in place before this happened). Unlike health insurance, with life insurance preexisting conditions can prevent you from... getting insurance. If you are able to at an earlier age when you are in good health, look into getting some form of life insurance. Lock in low rates while you can. If you want to know more I work with people who put education before sales. #insurance #lifeinsurance #livingbenefits #universallife #policy https://www.forbes.com//the-golden-rules-of-buying-index/

I'm good for another couple of years. No pressure. If you have questions about the various options offered in insurance, whether it's for financial security for your family or business, health, Medicare options or investment and retirement, talk to me. If I can't answer your questions I will align you with someone who can.

People are finding CBD oils helpful with fewer side effects than many OTC medications. I have a friend who has studied Eastern medicine and is a certified herbalist. She has found clients using CBD ointments to be quite happy with the results. No, I'm not promoting smoking!
