Today was my first time going to Dr. Riar for a consult on a implant procedure that I thought was necessary due to a dental debacle some yrs. back by a different Dr. Fast forward Dr. Riar indicated that the procedure I thought was going to be necessary nor implant was necessary and that he would just file down a the crown on the tooth that became the issue of concern . The diagnosis of my situation not only saved me time and money it saved the un-necessary pain that I would have had to endure both pre/post procedure . I can't thank Dr. Riar enough for his honesty .
