A super healing aspect about Past Life Work is the opportunity in observing the story or situation of the past life and then sink into whatever lesson or deeper understanding there is there, and the meaning of the karma or action. If we do not understand an event or lesson than we tend to remain stuck in meaningless repetition until we do, which can span over lifetimes. ... Often in Past life work we can work with the Higher Self or Spirit Guides to dis-engage from these loops and see the bigger picture. This can allow for any other healing that is necessary to come through to bring consciousness to the lessons of the cycle. Pay attention to the animals, plants, teachers, humans, angelic creatures, mythic beings and ect that appear in your dreams. Your guides will often make themselves known to you in your dreams.
