This time a leaking window flashing caused the kitchen wall to become damp. Their estimator, Rafael, did a free evaluation and discussed several options with me. After we found the source of the leak they sent Marco over to open the wall and check for mold and water damage. Fortunately we came up clean this time. Marco protected our counters well and cut a neat, well positioned hole that was easy to patch. As usual, Restoration Solutions separates the mitigation services from the restoration services. They do not pressure you to sue them for the repairs. They are a pleasure to do business with.
