There are currently 0 confirmed, COVID-19 positive residents in our facility. There are currently no team members who are unavailable to work because of a COVID-19 positive test.... Visitor Policy At Reo Vista, we believe that family and friends play a critical role in our residents’ emotional and physical well-being. To schedule a 15-minute FaceTime or Google Duo video visit: https://reovista.com/visit-us/ Window visits are a great way to connect with your loved one in person. For the safety of your loved ones and our team members, all visitors must adhere to the following guidelines: Family members must complete a screening form at the front desk prior to visiting. New patients may begin receiving window visitors on day 15 after a 14-day observation period. *Window visits may be subject to change or cancellation due to federal, state, or county policy changes, COVID-19 status changes, availability of resident/staff, weather conditions, and/or poor air quality. However, indoor visitation is available when approved for certain compassionate care situations, such as end of life.
