Jesus Said You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden" (Matthew 5:14). This can be a very uncomfortable truth in a world of darkness. As His followers we are called to live counter to the evil that runs rampant in the world. We are called to stand up and proclaim His love. To bring light into the darkness and be used by Christ to see people set free from sin and death. The question for christians in this hour of history isare you willing to sacrifice your personal comforts so that those in darkness may see the Light of Jesus and find eternal life?

Pastor Mark introduces a new web seires entitled "Get Used To Uncomfortable." Jesus never gave His disciples the goal of seeking comfort in life. Rather, he called His follwers to seek Him and te show the world who He is --He called us to make dsiciples. In fact, Jesus often taught that we would have to say and do things were counter-cutural, in oposition to worldly values --in other words: for us to make a difference in the world we will have to get used to being uncomfortable!
