Meet Joseph from Kenya I have always seen our community struggling to have enough food. As I grew older, I kept looking for a solution to solve the food pr...oblem and eventually I started with a small garden to grow some of our own food. After completing my permaculture training in Uganda, I came back to our community in Nyathuon Gweno village to teach permaculture design work and techniques through farming. Main purpose of this project is to provide a space for people to work and prosper together. The community is engaged in growing and sharing their own food. We share seeds with the neighbouring communities from 10 villages and also share ideas and teach others the skills to do sustainable farming. The food is shared with those who cannot afford it. We hold ourselves to a high standard therefore setting a good example.
