I had my apartment mainline rerouted for a great price by my new property manager! I'll recoup the money spent since I'll cut my bills by a third to a half. I have a great PM in Chattanooga if anyone is looking for one. My old property manager kept neglecting this issue along with other leaks for months. I'm so glad I found a better manager.
