Walnut Creek - 10 houses sold last week and here's the lowest priced one. 2171 Olympic Blvd in the Parkmead area. This 2 Bedrooms 1 Bath with 1025 sqft of remodeled charm sold for $599,000. This was a good deal, imho, as the lot is 6,000 sqft and perhaps they have expansion plans.
