Seated ROM Exercise for Rotator Cuff with Cane. This is a simple and great exercises to help sustain or restore rotator cuff range of motion which has a propensity to decrease with age, lifestyle activities and biomechanic dysfunction due to trauma to the shoulder girdle and other local regions of the body. Always work within a painfree range of motion and hold end range of motion for a 4-6 count before returning to neutral. You can use a broom or any pole like object about 3 feet long if you don't have a cane. Be Peaceful, Be Love. Be Free Health, Happiness and Love to all beings
