Dr. Michael Thompson, clinical psychologist and the New York best-selling author of "Best Friends, Worst Enemies" led an assembly to discuss some of the common stressors today's high school students are facing, including lack of sleep, managing their academic lives while maintaining their social lives, and navigating the pandemic. He invited students to share their fears, their goals, and their struggles during COVID, and their successes in returning to school and their friends, helping them use all of these to further strengthen their already impressive resilience. #regals
