Can you tell me why people don’t achieve the goals they set for themselves? - Often we say it’s effort, focus, lack of commitment or it’s simply too audacious of a goal - But the reality is that most people don’t achieve their goals because they refuse to change... - Change the way they think - Change the way they eat - Change the way the way they approach their day, their life - Blaming the coach, the friend, the relationship, or lack of - When the reality is it’s you - Its often our inability to give up the short term comfort for the long term happiness - And until we understand this, we will continue to be frustrated with the lack of progress in our lives - Change is uncomfortable, there is no denying that - But so is being unhappy with who we are and where we are in life See more

So I want to explain the symbol I’ve been choosing to use so I know when people are engaged with my content - The Giant Panda is often used as a symbol of peace and and finding balance in ones life - Also to have discipline, determination, and to love. ... - That we should always maintain a positive outlook in life, and that we must value our emotions as well as practice patience whenever possible - I find all these traits are valuable traits that we must have when we want to change our life as so many of us seek to do through fitness - Plus who doesn’t love pandas!? They literally roam the forest in China eating and chilling all day long - So if you enjoy any of my content or find any value in what I say or post, shoot me a below so I know you dig it! See more

Over training is a MAJOR problem in current programs and people’s approach to fitness - Programs often prescribed by coaches or inspired by fitness enthusiast - While going full go is fun and the natural high is rewarding, it often leads to frustrations and injuries... - The frustration of never hitting the weight/ body comp goal you set out to achieve - The injuries that develop over time from the constant beat down from all the high intensity workouts and runs without and consideration for the recovery aspect - You have to earn the right to train this way - The dumbass coach/ fitness enthusiast that’s starving themself and barely sleeping aren’t feeling good about what they are doing - It sure as hell isnt sustainable, neither will be the results they may see short term - Our body isn’t just some project you can expedite or even skip steps, because it will make you pay - I feel amazing when I train, I am constantly eating and I rarely experience injuries - This is coming from someone who’s been an athlete since I was 4 years old (25 years n counting) - If you struggle to achieve the results you desire and are tired of feeling like shit, fill out my online consultation (link in bio) - I’d love to set up a time to talk and see what we can do to get you on track and feeling good about what your doing - Comment below with a if you made it this far! Contrast training has been a big part of @nick_leyden and I’s most recent performance based program - What that means is we go from a weighted movement to a light or non-weighted explosive movement - Here a Single Arm Chest Press to a Shot Put Med Ball Pass... - What this does is increase muscle recruitment and primes the CNS (central nervous system) for maximal output. Which helps us to not only improve power but be more explosiveness outside the weight room - While this looks like fun, it can be very dangerous on an untrained/ minimally trained body - Nick and I are both college athletes and we still approach this type of training with great caution - If you would like to work towards something like this or possibly learn how to implement some of this into your program, send me a message or fill out my online consultation (link in bio) See more

We cant let our circumstance determine our efforts - Too often I hear people blaming their circumstance rather than taking responsibility for what is going on in their life - Everyone struggles, everyone is busy, and everyone can say they don't have time... - So how do these moms that I coach often see better results than the single women you see online complaining woah is me - They simply have less time for excuses and understand that if they dont make time, it will never happen - With that being said, anyone who has ever told me they dont have time and we have sat down to talk about this time they dont have, we seem to magically always find time - Understand those excuses you feed yourself and everyone else is simply you trying to protect the little bit of comfort you find in complacency - But that same comfort is often the root of all the pain you experience and the dissatisfaction with what you see and feel day to day - I know because Ive been there plenty of times in my own life - But you know what gets you out of that viscous cycle, its not the results, its putting in some work - Because everyday you go to work on you, you are proving to yourself that you have the tools needed to rise out of that situation - You have the power to look and feel your best every day! How to Maintain Results - So many of us have seen great results at one point in our lifetime, but thats all it was, a moment in time - Why is that?... - Quite honestly most don't adopt those new routines as set routines. They get to where they want to and revert back to their original habits - So what I have done is built out a program for women who wish to lose body fat, build muscle (tone up, bigger booty, tighter waist), improve energy, and simply feel/ look good every day - A program that improves confidence as well as gives you the tools to maintain these results, short and long term - I call this my Stay Fit program - This is a community of women who are looking to do the exact same thing as you, simply look and feel better every day - And unlike other programs that tend to be super high priced, this is the same cost as a nice dinner once a month, and you have professionally programed workouts made to get you results, as well as place to get support to ensure you not only get on track, but stay on track - So if you're tired of how you feel and want to get back to that moment when confidence was at an all time high, apply today to join my Stay Fit program - Start by filling out my online consultation form (link in bio) and I will be reaching out within 24hrs with info for our next steps - Join Stay FIt TODAY! Let's be honest, there is thousands of coaches online you could be working with, so why choose me - I’M TRANSPARENT. Unlike many coaches, I like to break down the steps in which we will take to get you to your goals. From how we will approach your nutrition, to what we are doing for your workouts, to why I suggest against a client trying or doing something someone suggested to them - I understand that in order for clients to feel confident with what they are doing, they nee...d to understand WHY they are doing it - I'M STILL A STUDENT OF HEALTH AT THE END OF THE DAY. Unlike other coaches, I understand there is still always more to learn. I'm constantly working to find ways to optimize my clients training and results. - Whether it's ways to improve posture, more efficient ways to lose weight, or even strategies to help people see past their own limiting beliefs, I never stop finding ways to be a better coach - I'M FREE OF JUDGEMENT. One thing all of my clients can attest to is I am always there to talk to, even if it's not exactly fitness related. As a coach, I understand that fitness is a small part of my clients lives, and for me to have the greatest impact, I need to help people with more than how they move and what they put in their mouth - - Just know I am always here to answer questions and simply just help out. Like you, I'm just trying to do my part and help those around me to not just enjoy their life, but learn to love it! See more

There is so much more to fitness than weight loss and aesthetics - Take my client who shall not be named today... - Single mom, working graveyards, busting her ass every day to be that solid role model in her families lives... - She came to me last October and you can hear the toll the graveyards have been having on her. - Anyone who’s ever worked graveyards can understand the wrench it can throw in your life, imagine raising kids by yourself on top of that. ITS A LOT - Like so many parents, she wanted to be the best version of herself so she could be that solid role model, and be present in her kids lives - So we got to work, actually lost most of the weight in the first few months. Got her eating the correct amounts, working out 3-4 times a week, with some runs or walks most days - Fast forward to July 27th this year, after we spent the last 2 months focussing on strength training to prep for the academy, and you now have a women who went from just wanting to be healthy to getting accepted into her local police academy - It’s never too late to turn your health around and to be that person you see yourself being/ wanting to be - It’s going to be work, but it’s always worth it in the end. - If you’re looking to make a shift in your life and you need that support/ guidance to ensure you crush you goals, comment below with so I know you’re done monkeying around and are ready to get crushing fitness/ life goals See more
