This week’s meal kit! Branzino stuffed with a copious amount of herbs, serrano, lemon, garlic, served with charred lemon, orange and fennel and an orange tahini sauce -paired with herbacious winter tabbouli (not pictured)!!! Meal kit will be available for pick up or delivery this Friday- order here: https://www.reemscalifornia.com/mealkits This stuffed branzino was featured at the James Beard House @beardfoundation back in October 2019 and received rave reviews. It is based on Reem’s grandmother's stuffed fish recipe who is from Yaffa Palestine, where orange citrus groves are abundant.

That's a wrap! Finishing off 2020 strong and resilient thanks to our community, which has had our back since day one. To all of y'all who texted, wrote, called, and supported us by purchasing meal kits, merch, and hella pastries, we SEE you, we love you, and we express our deepest gratitude. We could not have gotten through this challenging year and even more stressful winter without you. We are so blessed to have you all in our corner routing for us and keeping our spac...es thriving. Thank you for believing in us and our vision. We now pause to take a break for the rest of 2020 and reflect on how we move in this moment. We are at a crossroads yet again...but these crossroads help us transform and improve so we welcome them. Just remember: our little street corner bakeries are always sitting at an intersection waiting to provide you with the warmth of Arab hospitality. After discussing with our team and thinking about our collective safety, we have decided to put tables and chairs outside our SF Mission location (and a parklet is on the way!).
