Today, for our 20 for 20 employee spotlight, we share a bit about Ms. Nytra Van! 20 years ago she was in school doing whatever 10 year olds doand preparing for Y2K. She experienced snow for the first time at Camp Hi Hill that year. She would adivise her younger self to "Stay true to yourself - do what makes you happy." ... Today, she is excited for the day she can leave her house again, and the day that finding toilet paper isn’t like finding gold. Future hopes include lots of traveling, maybe living abroad for a bit. Thanks for being awesome everyday, Nytra! You're a rock-star and a joy to be around!

Today for our 20 for 20 Employee Spotlight, we feature our Director of Production, Ms. @PreeyaPatel She let us know that 20 years ago, she was a young and joyful little girl who loved to dress up in Indian cloths, dance to Indian music and daydream about becoming that next Bollywood star! Her advice to her younger self is to "do everything you can to jam pack your life with as much joy as you can and let go of any negativity, because I promise those won't serve you in the ...long run!" Today she is excited to grow and mentor people at BeCore and throughout the events industry. She hopes to check off a couple bucket list travel destinations including Japan, Iceland, Bali, and the Maldives. Take us with you!! We're super impressed by your attitude, positivity and your dedication, Preeya! Oh, and we can't wait for our next Bollywood dance lesson!

"Today’s 20-for-20 post features the one and only Sarah Williams. Sarah was a college student 20 years ago, studying Biology at UW-Milwaukee in hopes of becoming a zoologist. Her goal was to save the Siberian tiger The new series Tiger King [is] extra special for me these days, ha! she jokes. However, five minutes into holding a baby lion cub and Sarah faced a severe allergic reaction, and quickly pivoted to a career in large-scale event management and sponsorship activat...ion. Reminiscing, Sarah advises others to live with their parents longer, using money saved to truly see and explore the world. Now, Sarah is an inspiring mom to four incredible daughters. As for 20 years from now? She looks forward to making her girls proud, leading by example that being a loving mother while having a job you love is more than possible. Matt Ford is in the spotlight for today’s 20-for-20 post! 20 years ago, Matt Ford was just a middle schooler, competing in the Science Olympics during the week and racing BMX bikes every weekend. Now 31, Matt passes on the advice, Take more advantage of all the free time you have as a kid. Looking forward, Matt hopes to start a homestead on a few acres of land in the mountains, even building a rental space by a woodland river. As for work? Today’s employee spotlight is none other than Jen Fisch, BeCore’s Executive Creative Director. 20 years ago, Jen had just turned 21. She graduated art school and got her first Junior Art Director position in the same week! Reminiscing, Jen’s advice to her past self is, Not to be in such a rush to grow up. In the next 20 years, Jen has equally ambitious plans ahead. She looks forward to traveling, spending months at a time in places across the globe. Of course, watching her 15-year-old daughter keep growing into a confident and creative adult will continue to be the thing she is most excited about.
