Today we participated in the Lake Sonoma 30 mile endurance ride. 3 first time horses 2 first time riders. What a great outing!!! I am so proud of my students and my horses! Carrie and TÍgull put in a fantastic first half. Lucy completed the ride on Sky. I completed on Dori’s horse Valor. Thank you to the ride hosts and all the amazing volunteers!

Good morning! The air is surprisingly clear and we are thankful. Today will be a recovery day around the ranch. Anyone wishing to help clean paddocks or check fence lines shoot me a text. I will gladly put you to work. Be well.

Thank you all for your concern. We are all still safe. A little more smoke than we like but we will survive. Lessons are cancelled tomorrow, Saturday 8/22. I will keep you posted. We have plans in place in case we need to go. Praying the weather stays in our favor.

I just want everyone to know we are safe. Far from the fire and no where near the evacuation area. Thank you all for caring.
