Celebrate #NationalPancakeDay with these amazingly simple Cinnamon Raisin "Pan"cake Squares! Make it at home with this recipe: 3 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tbsp baking powder pinch of salt 3 tbsp sugar... 4 eggs 2 cups water 1/4 cup Cinnamon Raisin Butter Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar. Add eggs and water. Mix well. Pour onto cake sheet lined with parchment paper, spread evenly. Add dollops of cinnamon raisin butter to batter. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Cut and enjoy! Best with butter and maple syrup!
