The Red Bluff Police Department would like to thank the WalMart employees and our colleagues at the Probation Department... who helped us in the apprehension and arrest of Ms. Hency. The Red Bluff Police Department is actively looking for 36 year old Erica Dawn Hency. Erica has an arrest warrant for causing the near death of a two year old.
