Earlier this week I had the opportunity to tour the models at Farmstead and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. They are offering 4 models (5 really, but the 5th is basically the same as one of the other models just on a corner lot). In total there will be 130 homes, all 2-story and ranging in size from approx. 1,700 sf - 2,200 sf. The first release consisted of 10 homes, 4 of which have already been sold. Delivery of this first release is expected to be March 2021. Additional homes will be released as the market demands, and given our extremely low inventory, my guess the market will be demanding these homes! Have more questions?
