keep in mind this MY air bag fabracation philosophy and why i started making and selling our kits for 50s kustom cars these vidios are geared toward the home g...arage builder YES YOU CAN DO THIS AT HOME you got this .. Why I dont like to use or sell off the shelf air bag cups in our builds because with an off the self air bag cup there are 2 things that determines cup size . tire size and how low you want the car to go when a cup is to big you sacrifice drop when its to small you sacrifice lift a front cup size is built using this formula if the collapsed spring pocket measures 8" and a @slam_specialties bag collapsed with a upper bag plate measures 3" so thats 8-3 = 5" so you would need a pipe cut 5" and welded to the upper bag plate some times you might want to offset the pipe on the bag plate for more clearance (so tac it first and check it) but alot of the time the pipe is on center of the plate . also depending on stock spring inside dia dictates pipe insize inner dia because you want the cup to fit over the lip so it will hold it in place i hope this helps also @gambino_kustoms tail dragger install order goes as follows 1)notch 2)4 link 3)bags & mounts 4)shocks & mounts also i for got to mension shocks must be collapsed when installing them you can use a extraclarge zip tie to keep them collapsed . thank you vary much and lets keep it kustom #airbagcupsize #genuinegambinokustomssuspensionproducts #gambinotaildragger #gambinonotch #bagingstocksuspension See more

ONE HELL OF A WILD RIDE and a great time these pics are from the @gasmagazine shoot at at the travis county fair grounds the best part is how we got here and with who After @viva.las.vegas.vlv I teamed up with @mategan_kustompaint and 4 other Aussie and we were heading to the @austin_speed_shop and @lonestarroundup ... mat was driving john parkers shoe box and i was driving the fuck you 54 with a full tank of gas 3 cigars and we were on a mission from god and let me tell you we didnt disapiont it was one hell of a wild ride we were locked bumper to bumper from vegas to austin avarge speed was about 90 It was a good clean ride driving faster than fast and maybe getting cought by the speed trap cameras in Arizona a half dozen times we had no mechanical problems and other than getting held up by border patrol once and escorted to the "special parking" in time we were again set free and back on our mission from god with a clear path to austin #whathappensinvegasstaysinvegas #driveyourshit #gasmagazine #mategan_kustompaint #loadandfast See more
