First post of the new year.. oh man did the flu get me! I'm on the mends and back to work at #rasavedahealing . It feels good to be of service~ holding sacred space for folk needing a reminder of #selfcare . I took this snap of my parents this last Sunday. They were on their way to the Malibu Temple to honor Vaikuntha Ekadashi : sacred passage that opens the door to enlightenment. I have the fortune of parents that believe in the power of rituals, meditation, and mantras.... It's no surprise that I found my #dharma through the wisdom of Ayurveda and music. Giving thanks to community & soul family. Giving thanks for all of you on your path finding your voice and sharing yourselves with one another.
