Family and Friends of Butte County! PLEASE READ BELOW ONE: We hope that you all are well!... TWO: We are OPEN for our regularly posted hours found on Google, Facebook and Our Website THREE: Thank you to those of you who have made it out to enjoy our facility since our reopening. We appreciate you! It has been an extremely difficult time for us and many other family-owned small businesses in our area. We have chosen to FIGHT for our business. We will patronize and stand with all other local businesses that are struggling during these difficult times. FOUR: Our ability to provide a clean and safe facility has always been a priority to us. That will continue to be at the forefront of what we do. We are doing everything the county and state agencies have required, and then some, to safeguard against COVID-19 infection and spread. Our cleaners are proven effective against the virus and we have increased our daily cleaning procedures. In addition, we have implemented the following policies: 1) All team-members must wear a mask, 2) all guests are required to wear masks, 3) temperature checks for staff and guests are administered prior to admittance, 4) all frequently touched surfaces are being cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day (and we have those products readily available for you to use at your discretion), 5) we have limited our capacity to 50%, 5) we are utilizing a touchless waiver system, 6) sneeze guards have been installed at sales counters, and 7) eight additional sanitizing stations have been put in place. FIVE: While most businesses utilize traditional A/C units that recirculate the air, our facility utilizes five exhaust fans and six 48 industrial evaporative coolers. While open we are bringing in over 100,000 cubic feet of air per minute, allowing us to replace the entire building’s air with fresh air every 4 minutes. We understand that this worldwide pandemic has been challenging for all of us. Most have had to make major adjustments as a result of the impact that COVID-19 has had on our community. We’re not oblivious to the fact that we are just one of many experiencing difficulties we could not have imagined just 6 months ago. For those of you who know us personally, you know that we try to live our lives in a way that gives hope to others, that encourages positivity in those we come into contact with and that we strive to lead by example. We believe in the goodness of people and have always tried to be representative of that. In no way are we trying to disrespect anyone... we know this virus is serious. You reserve the right to support us or not and we respect that! Our hope is that we can collectively support each other and all make it through to the other side. This week we are shining the light on, Clayton!Clayton has been a part of our family since November 2018. He currently is not enrolled in school, but plans on returning very soon! When he is not working, he is either working on cars or fishing with friends. His favorite thing to see while working is, all his friends come in to jump during Toddler Time! Clayton’s favorite quote would have to be, The best things in life are on the other side of fear Will Smith. If there was one thing he could not live without, it would be his friends and family. Clayton is a great asset to our Rare Air team, and we are so thankful for him. Next time you come in, make sure to talk to Clayton about your favorite car!

This week we are shining the light on Brandon! He has worked here at Rare Air since January of 2020. He is currently a Senior in high school & plans on going to college next year! When he isn’t working you can find him on a bike ride with friends! His favorite thing to see while he is working is all of the happy jumpers jumping around & enjoying their lives. Good Afternoon everyone! We just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to our girl Jessica Hernandez! While we have been in the middle of this pandemic she has continued working hard and graduated from Chico State! She Majored in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a Special Education Minor. We just wanted to give her some of the recognition she deserves and if you see her next time you’re in feel free to congratulate her as well!
