We're still waiting for our replacement glass to arrive so we will not be opening up orders for delivery on Saturday, June 12th. If the glass comes in early in the week, we may open up orders. In addition, we will be out of town on June 19th and 26th, so the next date that we will be taking orders will probably be Monday, June 28th for delivery on Saturday, July 3rd.

The good news is that the replacement glass for the oven arrived today. The bad news is that it was shipped in a box way too small with no padding (other than a couple of layers of bubble wrap) or fragile stickers. What arrived from FedEx is a bubble-wrap sachet filled with shards of tempered glass--not going to be much help in fixing the oven. Back to the drawing board: replacement-replacement glass scheduled to be delivered (from a different vender) next Wednesday...

Our oven door cracked yesterday--luckily it was at the end of the bake for Batch 58 so we were able to complete and deliver. Unfortunately, we will not be able to bake until we get replacement glass installed. The glass is on order, but with the holiday it is unclear when it will be shipped or delivered. Rather than taking orders that we may not be able to meet for next weekend, we're putting orders on hold until we know that we'll be able to bake. In the meantime, here's a bagel sandwich I made this morning.
