"Recently we took our car to Randall Brothers Automotive for a smog check. While there, we learned they're also a full mechanic auto repair and service shop. Sweet! They got to fix two windows that don't roll up & down properly (an auto glass repair shop tried twice and couldn't fix it). Additionally they serviced the AC, put on new tires, did a free component assessment; and as a courtesy arranged to have the car detailed locally. Thanks Saied & Leonor for the excellent service. "Been going here for auto service for over 20+ years. They do a great job at reasonable price. Honest auto people. Started going here for auto service back in the days when both the Randall Bros were alive and running the business and Mike Read was a manager. The shop was on Sweetser Avenue in those days. Later they expanded to a larger shop (formerly Novato Toyota) on Redwood Blvd, across what was to become Trader Joes. Later Mike Read and two fellows from the shop pur...chased a large interest in the shop and the Brothers semi-retired. Today umpteen years later Mike Read has retired as has the other Mike from the shop. The third partner Saied and his wife Leonor purchased the two Mikes shares of the business. Saied is also the ASE rated Master Mechanic in the shop. The rest of the staff of mechanics are almost exactly the same ones as have worked there over the years, so the quality continues. At first it was just me taking my wife and I taking our cars to Randall Bros. Then we started bringing the vehicles from our office for service to Randall and finally even the boss sent his luxury cars to Randall Bros. Our friends too, of course. Now both Randall Brothers have passed away, but Mike still comes by on Thursdays to update the books, and the quality work and reasonable prices are still there. Randall Bros. is still as honest as the day is long. For example, when I needed a special item, they could have gotten for me, but they told me what I could do if I wanted to save some money. And when I went to get a better car, their advice stopped me from getting stuck with a bad deal that looked good on the outside and not good on the inside. This is a good" - J. P.

" Awesome and honest service. We originally went there for a simple smog check and quickly realized they have a highly experienced and courteous staff. Since then we've been back multiple times - different cars, different problems. Each time they've done an excellent job. " - F. O.
