Hey guys, we’re really sorry to do this but because of the poor air quality, the heat wave, and our A/C being down, we’ve made the decision to close the gym for the rest of the week. The only class that will be going this week will be the 6am adult class. We will keep you posted, and should be back to our regular schedule next week.... Again, sorry for the inconvenience. Stay safe and healthy!

Hey guys. Due to the storm blowing out a major component on our A/C unit along with this heat wave, we won’t be back for regular schedule until next week. No kids classes for the rest of the week. Women & Adult Classes, there will not be a 12pm class this week. However, we will be hosting our 6am, 6pm women’s and 7pm classes.... Make sure you come hydrated and with plenty of water. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Due to the extreme weather conditions all classes except the 6am ones are cancelled. Monday and Tuesday. 8/17 and 8/18. Back to regular schedule on Wednesday. Again, the 6am adult class is open this week Monday and Tuesday. Get your work out in early before it gets too hot. Stay cool.... Pass this along to everyone on the team guys.

We will be closed Friday, July 3rd and 4th for Independence Day. Enjoy the 4th!
