There was an Enshin Karate Seminar by Vice Kancho Mike Ninomiya on February 1st, 2020 at Enshin Karate Irvine Branch.

We had a visitor, Will, from Sensei Tomiyama's Dojo in San Francisco. We had a great time practicing together.

Fun sumo match at the end of the Kids A class. Most of them went through promotional tests in the previous week and now they are proud with their new belts But sumo may prove to be a little different !!

There is always a counter to a counter. This technique is an application of a shoulder strike. With training, any part of your body can be used to trap someon...e and issue a strike. The key elements that make this work are kyushu and kuzushi.
