You know, and I know, if it weren't for this dumb virus, all the rain we've been having in San Diego would be pretty much the biggest thing in the news right now. But.....nope. We are losing what seems like thousands of dollars a week in revenue from people hunkering down, like so many other small businesses are.... It is my sincerest wish that we all weather this storm. We are a C27 landscape license business, on the list of essential businesses, as we deal with flooding and storm water. But, that does not mean that people are calling like they normally would. Were it not for the recent rains, and the incoming rain yet again, we'd be hurtin' for certain. Let it rain and rain!

As we all buckle up for a wild ride, I'm expressing my gratitude for having work lined up through the end of the month. I'm praying for more rain and wish us all the best. I am really good at exterior drainage and have become kind of a specialist in sump pumps and crawl space flooding.

We congratulate all our customers who have hundreds and thousands of gallons of rain water stored outside their home right now and we encourage them to pick up a sawyer filter and to enjoy their delicious rainwater. Right now is a great time to empty out your tanks in San Diego as we are going to get rain continuously for the next week or so. This freshly cycled rainwater will be almost drinkable as it is but it should be filtered. It will be quite sweet and have a high pH.... There is absolutely no reason to be panic buying water at the grocery stores. We have highest quality tap water standards in the developed world and it's mostly an automated system. A job was postponed and we are SHUT DOWN today because of denial of power in Encinitas. There's not wind to speak of. That's $1,550.00 in lost revenue and chaos in our schedule.... C'mon California. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
