Since I am the admin of this page I am changing its focus. As of tomorrow Railway in Campbell will be closing it doors forever. I want this page to become a place where former employee, vendors, former employee of vendor that dealt with Railway and even friends of employee or vendors can stay in connect, Post for now your memory of Railway and personal. I will start. I started with Railway when Gary Morris my roommate asked me to come down and fix a spray machine. If you hav...e not heard the story you do not really know me. But after that I was planning on starting another business with my sister. I looked at the opportunities and Joe knowledge and relationships withe people coming in and decided to stay. I still remember Joe asking me if ( and this is not politically correct) If I wanted to stay and help him make Railway White. I made that choice and I have been there though my marriage to Linda( next month 33 years) by the way even worked out we were married on the same day as Joe and Narda. To Jerad our son being born. Remember going into Joe office telling Narda and him Linda was expecting and now our son will be 28 this year. To three allocations of drywall. Three resistions and allot of personnel changes. And the sale two year ago to FBM. I alway thought and I said it to a few people this week I thought when I move out of my office in Campbell I would be retiring, that was not the case. It has been sometime challenging sometime fulfilling. But is is hard to believe that the Railway ere is over. I have mixed feeling about the changes. But it is and will alway be a very important part of my life and I will miss Railway. Please post your comments. Please asked anyone you know to friend this group and post their comments.
