Quick and Dirty Self Defense

Classes start this Saturday. Bring a friend and tell a friend. We only need one more person to enroll.

Tonight was the last class of the session. It was a great group. The streets are a little safer with this bunch walking around in public.

Great class tonight. We went over blocks and weapons and general scenarios. It was a good class tonight. I cannot wait until next week.

Great questions and fantastic vibes last night. I cannot wait to see what next Saturday has in store for this fun group.

It was such a great class tonight. We went over knife fighting, defenses against weapons, chokes and ground fighting. I'm confident that this bunch is definitely quicker and dirtier than they were three classes ago.
