GUYS. Im sorry Ive been MIA for so long in this group. Im like really really pregnant. I have twins on the way in March... and I do plan on doing some cool things in this group again once I get a routine going with the twins!! Holy salad! I was hungry for something healthy and I rummaged and pulled out these ingredients from my fridge to make this salad which, personally, I think deserves an award. You gotta try this.
