If you post a negative review of a business (even if factual), you can still be sued and have to pay to defend yourself. Make sure you have "Personal Injury" or "Personal Offense" coverage on your homeowners policy, as this will pay to defend you against things like libel, slander, defamation, etc...attorneys are not cheap.
