What does this extension of the executive order mean? It means that the non-issuance of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas will be extended until March 31st, 2021. We need to wait and see what the new administration will do, but for now, the order is effective until March 31st. Please note that this applies at the consular level, not USCIS. . . . ...
