Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call our o...ffice to let us know you have arrived. One of our staff members will deliver items to your car after taking payment over the phone. please continue to utilize the phone as your primary method of communication with our team. And lastly please keep in mind news is changing every day. We don’t know what tomorrow holds. If you usually get a small bag of food consider getting the larger one this time around. As a hospital we have updated our protocols for the time being. If you have an appointment, please call the hospital when you arrive, at 408-848-3443. At that time a receptionist will place you on a brief hold, and let the doctor and technician know you are on hold. Either the doctor or technician will get a history over the phone. We will then come out and get the cat carrier or dog leash from you while keeping our social distancing. To prevent our staff from getting exposed to anything we will ask you kindly to stay in the car while we perform the exam. The doctor will call and explain findings and treatment plan from that point. Thank you for understanding in this difficult time. As always we will keep you updated as news arrives.
