Did someone say #TacoTuesday ? This week's Los Primo's especiales are our Chili Colorado and Fajita plates. Chili Colorado = Large chunks of pork, doused in adobe and salsa roja sauce. Served with house-made rice and beans and a side of corn tortillas! Fajita plate = Your choice of chicken or steak and veggies. Served with house-made rice and beans and a side of guacamole!
