We are pleased to announce that the California Department of Public Health has given us permission to resume full scope eye care, including routine eye exams. If your appointment has been delayed, or you have unused benefits, now is the time to schedule your appointment. We are taking exceptional precautions to keep you safe while you are in the office. Here are a few of the many health and safe...ty protocols to ensure your ultimate safety: - All visits are by appointment only - this includes picking up glasses/contacts, adjustments on glasses and ordering new products. - Patients are asked to arrive to their appointment alone and notify us from your vehicle once you arrive. A parent or guardian may accompany a minor & a family member/caretaker may assist a senior. Call 760-729-9353 and someone will greet you at the door. - Prior to your entry a team member will take your temperature, provide you with hand sanitizer and ask you a series of questions regarding health and exposure to COVID-19. - Patients are asked to wear a mask. All staff will be doing the same. - Our team sterilizes all equipment and surfaces after every patient and disinfects all frames prior to placing them back on display. As a reminder, we are still offering telemedicine consultations, curbside pick-ups and contact lens refills shipped to home. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CONTACT LENS PATIENTS: Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, and in order to assure that you have enough contact lenses to get your through this crisis, we are extending the expiration of your contact lens prescription to allow the purchase of a 3 to 6 month supply. We can take your order by phone 760-729-9353 and will mail your contact lenses to your home at no shipping cost to you. When you return for your yearly exam, and if your prescription has changed, unopened boxes can be exchanged. We are now open Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm for all your eyecare needs, including your yearly exam by appointment only. Strictly no walk-ins. Please call us first.
