This year’s Safety Award Winner for the $500 pre-paid Visa gift card went to Nate Thornberry! Congratulations! We would like to thank everyone who was recognized and to those who received a safety award in 2014 for their commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

The winners of this year's Halloween contest went to Arturo Ahumada Jr. (Ninja Turtle) and Theresa McGinty (Miss Preston Pipelines). Great costumes you two! Very creative!

Halloween at our Milpitas office was a blast! Thank you to everyone who participated!

Do it the safe way, do it the right way, do it every day! We have reached our goal of 300 consecutive days worked without a lost time injury. Safety lunches were awarded to all. Congratulations team and thank you for helping us reach our goal! Let’s keep up the great work!

The 5th Annual Double Barrel Sporting Clay and BBQ Mixer event was held at the Coyote Valley Sporting Clay in Morgan Hill. It was a fun and eventful day as our PPI team helped support local scholarships and community projects/groups. Big thanks to our talented shooters, Kyle Preston and Nick Lang, for representing PPI.

Our PPI bus has been a hit for tailgating! What a great way to mix our customers with our PPI team. Direct TV was set up on the bus for those who couldn’t go into the game. Snacks, food and drinks were also provided. To top it off, we now have our own personal PPI corn-hole game set to add to the fun! We also represented PPI with our new red beer cups and tablecloths!

Our PPI team generously gave away their Giants Playoff tickets to four young Marines during Fleet Week. It was a wonderful and unforgettable moment for these young men, as they were able to visit the greatest tourist attraction in San Francisco. To top it off, it was their first time attending a ball game in their life!

We would like to congratulate four of our Senior Project Engineers who have advanced to Project Managers. A celebration dinner was held at Dave and Busters in their honor. All four have worked very hard to attain these positions. This is a huge achievement, you four deserve it!

Our PPI Holiday Party was a blast: Face Painting, Tee-shirt Art, Hoop Shooting, Photo Booth, Jump Houses, Employee Awards and delicious food! Thank you to those who attended, Happy Holidays!

SCORE FOR KIDS GOLF CLASSIC: This charity event was held earlier this week at the Claremont Country Club in Oakland. It was a great success as we helped raise funds for the Children's Hospital and Research Center. It was a bright and beautiful day to network for a good cause!

Our new safety vans are out on the road as of this month. LOOK OUT FOR IT!

I would like to introduce one of our newest additions to the Preston Pipelines FamilyAnthony (Tony) Russo. Anthony started on August 1st as a Project Engineer at our Milpitas office. He will be working closely and under the supervision of Nick Lang.
