I have always loved the artwork of Shag. It reminds me of days spent in Palm Springs as a kid with the clean lines and simple excellence. This has not always been my favorite style, but it has grown significantly with me and the clients I work for. No doubt this trend will continue to evolve into the future with its roots solid in the 1050's. Pools, Parties and Fashion!!! Contemporary Mid-Century is Back!!! It is all about the right materials to create that special feel. The ...right texture, the right colors, the right vibe... The mid-century modern movement in the U.S. was an American reflection of the International and Bauhaus movements, including the works of Gropius, Florence Knoll, Le Corbusier and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Like many of Wright's designs, Mid-century architecture was frequently employed in residential structures with the goal of bringing modernism into America's post-war suburbs. This style emphasized creating structures with ample windows and open floor plans, with the intention of opening up interior spaces and bringing the outdoors in. Many Mid-century houses utilized then-groundbreaking post and beam architectural design that eliminated bulky support walls in favor of walls seemingly made of glass. Function was as important as form in Mid-century designs, with an emphasis placed on targeting the needs of the average American family. StayCation! Night Club Two Step JZ and Aly here having a little more fun. It is a StayCation! and we are home making the best of it. We are practicing some dancing and tonight is it is a Night Club Two Step to Lady in Red.... What are all of you doing in your Staycation! with your spare time? We would LOVE if you would share with us.

Red Ginger Botanical Name: Alpinia Purpurata From amidst the oblong leaves, the plant produces a thick, cane-like stalk that may be between 3 to 15 feet high. A 6 to 12 inch, cone-like inflorescence of shiny bright red flower bracts sits atop the stalk, which bloom with tiny white flowers. The cultivar "Pink" showcases pink flower bracts. The rhizomes and the tall stalk of the plant have a spicy, strong aroma.... Light Needs: Full Sun, Sun to Partial Shade, Light Shade Water Needs: Requires consistently moist soil; do not let dry out between waterings. Key Feature: Evergreen, Herbaceous Blooms: Flowers are good for cutting. This plant is attractive to bees, butterflies and/or birds.

Which Plaster Color Is Your Favorite? Plaster can be very subjected depending on the color which can also change with the time of day and weather conditions. The darker the color, the more heat it will retain and can actually increase water temperature 5-7 degrees.... You may notice my favorite color is Midnight Blue, hands down. Rossmoor Playground Before & After New Pool & Spa Who wouldn't be ecstatic with a playground for a twelve-year-old daughter and her friends. This was perfect timing to enjoy a StayCation! This single mom had a dream of a paradise for her daughter spend years of enjoyment in their backyard. Our job was to turn that dream into a reality.... The Challenge COVID-19 hit really hard right as we began this project. We weren't sure we could even work or get supplies. This was unknown territory to make customers happy and keep everyone safe. The Solution The government made construction essential allowing us to provide proper PPE for our workers with distancing protocols. We achieved the goal of safety and making a dream a reality.

Rossmoor Pool Transformation Before & After Swimming Pool Remodel The only part that was left to utilize was the pool shell itself. All other facets were new from plumbing, electrical, equipment, decking and more. We added a Baja shelf, new steps and a gorgeous water feature.
