Updated Adult class schedule starting today! We’ve adjusted some class times, along with adding our Fighter training (invite only) back on our schedule. Mon/Wed/Fri morning classes are now at 10:30am ... Tuesday 6:30pm - Jiu-Jitsu Thursday 6:30pm - Muay Thai 7:30pm - Yoga
