It looks like its going to be BEAUTIFUL weather this weekend!!! Get your bike, hot-rod, sports car, horse or bicycle and come on out to the Pozo Saloon... We have a fresh batch of olives for your beer of choice- nothing is better on the weekend than a Pozo Martini!!!

Come out this weekend and grab your last Pozo Burger of 2020! The Saloon will be open this weekend (December 18-20) to close-out the year. We'll stay safe and keep you safe by serving "to-go". The backyard gate is open and the picnic tables are set apart to be socially distanced. The Pozo Saloon will be closed for the two weekends of Christmas and New Years. We'll be flipping burgers again on January 8th, 2021....!!

Rhonda Jan Rodenberger-Beanway; Rhonda, age 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31, 2020 after a long hard fought battle with cancer. Hard work and Rhonda's charismatic personality changed a single room run down bar (the Pozo Saloon) into an iconic music venue: hosting the likes of, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Social Distortion, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Big and Rich, Black Crowes, Trace Adkins, The Band Perry, Kendrick Lamar, Wu Tang, Brantley Gilbert and many, ma...ny more. She created a place that the entire Central Coast could enjoy. Please join us on Saturday in remembrance of Rhonda. Always so fun when a group arrives to the Pozo Saloon on horseback! It takes you right back to the days of yore.... feels authentic! More than a dozen riders moseyed in for lunch today - Thanks to Mindy Smith Rockies for bringing the Posse!!

We are closing early today as the afternoon wind brought us worse Air Quality.... Air Quality looks to be improving as the weekend progresses. We will be opening Saturday and Sunday on time at 11AM and planning to be open regular hours both Saturday and Sunday..... 11AM - 6PM!!!!

There is something shady going on at the Pozo Saloon.... Thanks to Grant @throwinshade.us Come on out and enjoy our new 2000sqft shade structure!! We expanded seating with 10 new picnic tables too!!! We know how to beat the heat - Pozo Martini Time!!

Pozo Saloon is open today and available as a shelter spot for anyone displaced by the Pond Fire. If you need a place to be while our Fire Fighters take care of business please reach out. We can accommodate neighbors in need! Stay Safe!!

Every Sunday is is amazing at the Pozo Saloon for motor-heads... There's no telling what you might see roll up. This Sunday was particularly cool thanks to the San Luis Roadsters! Come back anytime Craig! Beautiful cars!

The Pozo Saloon is open and will continue to offer outdoor dining in the backyard picnic area! We keep our patrons safe by deep cleaning our kitchen and equipment, and by wearing proper safety gear including gloves and masks. Please help us stay safe and stay open. When you are at the Saloon maintain a 6ft distance from folks around you. We ask that you wear a mask when ordering and at anytime it makes sense to do so. Thank you!!! ...
