ATTENTION STUDIO UPDATE.... In regards to San Diego County being moved to the purple tier .....We have decided to keep the Studio open . We would like toTHANK YOU for your continued support we truly APPRECIATEall of you and are GRATEFUL to have the most AMAZING clients and Instructors ... The last 8 months have been a roller coaster of events that have caused a serious financial strain on our business. We have received little funding and have had to continue to pay rent since March . If we close again it will be detrimental to our business, that we have worked so hard to keep going . We are confident in our safety protocol for COVID-19and our top priority is to provide a safe - healthy and HAPPY place for our clients and staff . This decision was not made lightly we gave it a lot of thought and tried to look at all angles and feel this is what’s right for us If you have any questions please feel free to reach out . We are excited to introduce Larissa @fabfitfoodiesd as our newest addition to the POWERHOUSE team some of you might already know her from seeing her in early Morning classes . We’ve always loved having Larisaa in class now we can’t wait for her to teach the class Here’s a little bit about Larissa ....... Larissa first began practicing Pilates through her dance and gymnastics training in Massachusetts. Once graduated from college and no longer competing, Pilates bec...ame her go-to workout - and she's still in the studio 7 days a week! After years of practice and a growing love for Pilates, Larissa earned her Teacher Training credential in 2018. Just as she is always up for a challenge, she strives to build a class which challenges clients in both mind and body!
