Definitely an interesting mix project. Whereas I've been tasked many times this year with restoring intelligibility due to actors using Zoom, for this recent Bud Light commercial I was given perfectly clean audio and had to do the opposite. Heyman Service to America Medals, the Sammies honor members of the American government workforce who make significant contributions to the governance of the United States. This years awards ceremony is, naturally, presented as a virtual taped event with celebrity hosts presenting awards to the best of the best. Hosts include Kumail Nanjiani, Samantha Bee, Kristin Bell, Mayim Bialik, Adam Conover, Nick Kroll and Aisha Tyler. WOW -- it's celebration time for director Alec Tibaldi and the entire cast and crew of Spiral Farm. This wonderful indie feature I had the pleasure of sound designing & mixing last year has just become 100% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes!!!

Thankful to have been booked for post audio mixes on the latest ad campaign for Clean & Clear! Consisting of 14 spots in all, these commercials were unique in that they were all self-filmed using iPhones. Heart pounding happiness after upgrading my internet this morning to Spectrum's Ultra package. Download was blazing already but I'm doing so much work online that I needed to get that damn upload kicking. Upload before: around 5-8Mbps, now 24-29Mbps. Wheeee. Yesterday I had to send 48 stems and printmasters multiple times, this is what my world has become.
