Effective Monday March 23, 2020 PO Plus store hours will be adjusted due to the CoronaVirus Emergency: Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm Sat - 11am - 3pm Closed Sunday... We continue to adhere to the CDC guidelines for cleaning and social distancing in an effort to keep our customers and staff safe. These measures include: - frequent wipe down of all surfaces with antibacterial solution throughout the day - physical barriers to increase social distance at the mailbox services / package pick-up area - discontinue electronic package sign out (no sharing the stylus) - drop off bin in the lobby for customers with pre-paid package labels - provide sterile gloves and masks for staff who wish to use them We will update our store hours as needed on our website (www.poplus.com), on our facebook page, via our telephone answering system, and with posted signs throughout the store. As of today’s announcement from the SF Dept of Public Health, PO Plus is considered an essential business and will remain open during our normal business hours (see attached photos - link to full announcement in comments). We are continuing to take precautions to keep our customers and staff safe, including: - wipe down all surfaces in the store with antibacterial wipes throughout the day... - discontinue electronic package sign out (no sharing the stylus) - practice social distancing (including notary service) - provide sterile gloves and masks for staff who wish to use them We are also considering additional steps (such as limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at one time) but will take those measures on an as-needed basis. 3/16/2020 - PO Plus is open today until 6pm. We intend to stay open as much as we are allowed to during the coronavirus pandemic. Future updates and announcements will be posted here on our Facebook page. We are brainstorming ways to get packages and essential mail to our customers should we be forced to close.
