We performed a Descale on a 60-year old Main Sewer Line. We like to give options to our customers! When we don’t see structural issues with the piping we typically provide a maintenance option. In this case the Sewer line had not been cleaned properly in a very long time leading to heavy build up. This project started off with a camera inspection performed on the main sewer line of a property in escrow. Our Plumber found over a dozen areas with root intrusions and broken pipe in the original cast iron. Our plumber’s inspection report was so detailed that it helped the buyer negotiate a significant credit towards the replacement of the underground drainage system under the concrete slab. Once the repairs are complete the new home owners will not have to worry about constant plumbing problems in the future Great job team!
